I try to avoid dash drama, anon hate, callouts, etc. like the plague. But please talk to me personally if something is wrong so we can handle it maturely.
My IMs are always open. If you need to talk to me about anything, good or bad, just send a message.
I’m pretty chill. It’s okay if these get broken on accident. Just be willing to listen to me if something serious pops up, please. I trust you.
Writing
Life happens, so I reply when I can reply. It’s usually based on inspiration or time available.
I use a tracker and will get back to old stuff as I can.
You can ask about replies though, especially if you’re really eager for something. You having a strong interest will probably make me want to reply sooner.
I prefer para/lit over script, and generally don’t do one-liners. I like my descriptions and inner thoughts.
I prefer pre-established relationships and plotting for big threads, but sporadic things and memes are fun too!
If brand new to me, I would like to do a little behind-the-scenes work first, to get an idea of where to go.
Format/Icon to your heart’s content, but please keep it legible and avoid really tiny fonts. If I can’t read, I can’t respond.
IMPORTANT: Lily and Alex are both characters who have had a whole lifetime of reading, understanding, and manipulating people. This can be for good or for bad. But when it comes to making this work for rp, I will need to ask a lot of questions to make sure I’m giving them accurate thoughts about your characters. Please be prepared for me to possibly pester you with a bunch of questions before I can reply to things.
IMPORTANT: Threads that develop into major conflicts, especially ones that can result in serious injury, death, or major relationship changes, will require good, open, and honest discussion between the writers. We both need to be okay with the direction it’s going in, especially if the consequences will last outside of the thread or affect things with other people’s characters. We both reserve the right to alter, drop, delete, and consider non-canon if we don’t like where it’s going.
IMPORTANT: Characters vent to each other and get others involved and that’s fun and cool. It’s also fine for characters to have misconceptions and false/negative ideas about each other. But if your character is going to spread serious false ideas about mine (either from a misunderstanding, personal bias, or just plain false accusations), please run it by me real quick. I’ll usually say yes. But there are some things that I do NOT ever want associated with them, and which they would NEVER do: rape/sexual assault, Nazism, harm to children. (List is not exhaustive. I will add more as needed and expect them to be respected.)
Shipping
Shipping is typically based on chemistry, but I am up to doing plotted ones, messy ones, things based on history/politics, etc.
Mult-ship/Multi-verse; No cheating is going on
I don’t do explicit smut, but lighter sexual themes, jokes, innuendos, etc. are fine. Fade to black will be used if sex happens in an rp.
Absolutely NO shipping with underage muns or muses
Alex is the sort of character who doesn't really go for genuine relationships. We can discuss shipping, but please understand upfront that he will be more difficult to make ships for.
Triggers and Sensitive Topics
Please tag NSFW with a consistent tag
Please do not send me NSFW asks or tag me in NSFW things without asking first.
I don’t have triggers that need tagging but do reserve the right to back out if a topic becomes too much. Obviously this goes both ways.
Heavy and dark topics may be present at times (examples: violence, torture, abuse, etc.). I will ask my partner first before putting them in an rp, so as not to spring them on you. I will do my best to put warnings and tags on posts. My tagging system is the following:
tw trigger (example: tw spider)
If you need a specific tag then please ask.
I do read everyone’s rules, but my mind isn’t perfect (especially these days). If I miss a tag, overstep a boundary, or otherwise make you uncomfortable, please talk to me privately. It is only out of ignorance or forgetfulness, never malice. I will fix things as best I can.
If a thread deals with heavy topics, we need to be in constant discussion to make sure we’re respecting each other’s boundaries.
I may prefer to rp certain things in private on discord. This is a case-by-case basis.
For Funsies (Thanks for making it this far!)
Thanks for reading all this! I hope we can have lots of fun writing together. If you’re wondering what to rp with me, the following are things I enjoy the most (though honestly I’m pretty open to almost anything). You can also look at my wishlist tag ( RP Wishlist ).

Biography
Appearance
Alexander is a man who can easily be described as handsome. He stands tall, over six feet, with broad, strong shoulders, a narrowed waist, and defined muscles. His dark green eyes often possess a soul-piercing stare. His hair and facial hair are kept styled in the fashions of the day. In the modern day, he has even taken to wearing false glasses (with blue light lenses). He also has several piercings in his ears and eyebrows, and a tattoo on his left shoulder blade. He can swing easily between looking professional and looking like a man who spends half a week in a Berlin club without a break. His clothes, whether for business or the club, are always high quality, and often tailored specifically for him.
He walks with a proud, straight back, the sort of stance that was drilled into him from a young age. However, he is not stiff. There is a certain relaxed feeling to him, which is inviting and pleasant. His handshake is firm, yet not threatening. His voice is often low and soft, to put one at ease, yet also holds a sense of authority. One can’t help but want to do what he asks when listening to him. His eyes give you their full attention, and it’s hard to not feel as though he already knows your innermost being. He has the kind of gaze that is easy to be sucked into, and hard to climb out of. Yet, despite being a man whom others may often feel drawn towards, he does not usually stand out from the crowd (not without deliberately doing so at least). He has a talent for sliding easily into any group, yet doing so almost unnoticed. He does not command the center of attention.
Occupation
Much like Lily, Alexander had multiple responsibilities throughout the Cold War, and still does in this day. Back then, aside from being the face of a highly politicized capital, he was found to have a particularly useful set of skills for the HVA (international intelligence, similar to the CIA). He was a prime choice for being a Romeo agent; that is, a man sent abroad to woo the lonely secretaries of various political men, and so be given access to valuable political secrets. He found great success in this area and continued the work up until the end. There was a shift inside of him as the Cold War came to a close, however. Things that he witnessed or underwent during this time changed him.
After the Wall and GDR came down, he mostly disappeared from view. He found a kind of dangerous solace in the punk scene and sex, drugs, and rock and roll. It worked for some years, but eventually he discovered a different drive, and could no longer escape the desire to be in his home, working for his people. When he reemerged, he went to school for business and economics. Using his talents and what connections he could, he quickly made a place for himself in IHK Berlin. He focuses most of his efforts on trying to build up Berlin’s economy with Germany and (finally) pull it out of its debt. Just over five years ago, he opened up a high end club in Berlin and has seen it rise to a comfortable success. Although he prefers not thinking of his agent days, his skills and special abilities developed during that time have translated well for his new life.
Personality
Of the two siblings, Alexander, as a man, tended to be the more “preferred” throughout the Cold War. He was more likely to receive perks, and less likely to be scrutinized. Although this is not to say he was classically spoiled or allowed to slack off, he did have a certain level of privilege that his sister did not naturally obtain. Thus, he was not as driven to “prove himself.” Nevertheless, he often made the ones in charge proud to have him as theirs. He did feel a certain kind of pressure to always be reaching high standards, even if he did not develop as strong of a perfectionist anxiety as Lily did. But he also came to expect a certain level of treatment as a capital. So long as he is fulfilling his duties, he expects to receive what he sees as his deserved rewards.
The most obvious adjective upon meeting Alexander is that he is charming. He smiles politely, shakes your hand firmly, and gives you his full attention. He doesn’t use harsh words or tones unless driven to do so. He pays attention to you, more than you realize. He has been assessing you from the moment of meeting, assuming he hasn’t looked you up prior to this encounter, of course. He usually strives to use this information to keep his company happy, but he won’t think twice about using it to bring devastating pain when called for.
It is important to note, however, that the majority of his relationships are deliberately kept on the shallow end. He will allow up to a certain amount of familiarity, but he is highly selective in his real attachments. He will play the part of being friends for as long as he needs, but that is usually it. He is highly unlikely to take part in any serious dating though. A short summer fling, or a one night stand, are usually all he does. If he appears to be in a committed relationship, it is likely for a different end in mind. Such instances are less common in the modern day though. Even if he is not emotionally attached to someone, he attempts a sort of grey policy of honesty in turning down genuine attempts at romance before they become out of hand. If one wishes to avoid being hurt, then one should bear in mind that he puts himself first (and as a city-state, “himself” does include his people; he serves Berlin and Alex before anyone else).
N.B.: You have to be very close to him to be allowed to call him “Alex.” He insists on Alexander for most people. And even fewer people are allowed to still call him by his previous name (Viktor). Do not even think of calling him “Al,” unless you wish to have your identity stolen and your life ruined.
Ideology
Alexander grew up with daily communist propaganda, and he held onto those beliefs throughout most of the Cold War. However, as the 80s came, and after years of being frequently abroad, he had come to see the flaws of the system and could no longer ignore them. He was savvy enough to not voice his thoughts, but privately he rooted for Gorbachev’s proposals and the desires of the demonstrators. The night that the Wall fell was a shock for him, although he did not feel as devastated as his twin. He felt a numbness and uncertainty about his own future. He couldn’t be so sure if he wanted western capitalism, but an end to the regime of the Party was appealing. Unsure of what his life was to become, and overwhelmed by the experiences he had had throughout the decades, he went underground for a time.
When he reemerged, he was singing a different tune. Although he does not support many conservative ideals, he does not believe in communism anymore. He believes that the best way to support his people is to build up a Berlin economy so that reliance on outside sources (like Bavaria) becomes unnecessary. But he does not want it to come at the cost of the environment or working class, especially those from his former home. He is neither strongly favorable or unfavorable towards deals with the Americans, but neither does he really trust the Russians. He prefers EU deals above anything else, and would like to see Germany grow as an economic stronghold.
Additional
Residence
Alexander owns a large penthouse apartment in the Friedrichshain district of Berlin. It is luxurious, and always furnished with high-end, and in-style fixtures. Although he likes living alone, he is also a frequent party hoster, and has arranged his living space to best accommodate a decent sized crowd of chattering, but never rowdy, guests. His couches and chairs are comfortable. There is a high end entertainment system, which is especially loved during those World Cup games. His tables and counters are kept free of clutter, and everything is cleaned twice a week by a professional. His shelves of books, movies, and other collections are maintained to give off certain impressions based on who he may be anticipating for a visit. He has artwork around the walls (including some of his own), and his collection varies between contemporary and historical (though it will not be shown all at once, as he rotates them to maintain a consistent theme throughout the areas others see). The most beloved of his possessions though is the baby grand piano in his library. He frequently entertains guests with songs (including his own) played upon it, with singing as well. He allows others to use it, if they are trusted and under supervision.
He has a full guest bedroom and bathroom separate from his own. His own bedroom and office room are usually locked when company is over. Although he is not as paranoid as Lily, some lingering distrust and a high love of privacy keep him from letting it all be open. Because of his pet birds, smoking of any kind is only allowed on the spacious balcony, or (if the weather prevents that), in the kitchen with the stove vent on.
He has also kept his dacha from the Cold War. It’s a small house outside of Berlin. He often retreats to it with his pets when he needs a peaceful solitude. He will do some artwork here, especially if he is feeling stuck or in need of doing something personal that he doesn’t wish to share with the world. He also stores his more personal paintings here. It is rare for him to mention its existence to anyone, let alone to bring them to it.
Other Buildings
Alexander is the owner of a combination art gallery and studios area. The ground floor is a gallery that showcases the art of contemporary artists, both known and unknown. The floor above is sectioned off into individual studios. One is his own, three are for short term renting (from a day, up to a month), and the other four are for longer stays (six months to a year). Two of these are given free of charge to two promising, but unknown, artists (often students) for a six month stay with a gallery showing at the end. The spots are highly coveted and the competition for them is fierce. The basement floor has been finished so that it can serve as two classroom areas for low cost art classes open to the public.
Alexander is also the owner of a high end nightclub that is known for long lines and short entrance lists. The music and light shows are always loud and current. The drinks are pricey enough to make anyone assume they’re good. And there are private rooms available for any kind of business, no questions asked, so long as everyone still leaves alive and in one piece.
Pets
Dieter: Male German Shepherd (dark sable coloring). Dieter is the oldest of Alexander’s pets. He acquired him towards the end of the 90s. Although his body remains in its prime due to the proximity immortality that reps’ pets gain, he gives off grumpy old man energy. He is particular about whom he trusts, let alone who is allowed to pet or play with him. He is well trained enough to not cause strangers grief when Alex is nearby, but he may growl and move away if someone tries to pet him. When he does like someone, however, he likes to lie right on top of them and hog all their attention. Like Ritter, he is trained to be a guard dog and will defend his home and Alex without hesitation.
Lorelei: Female Eclectus Parrot. Lorelei is the second pet that Alexander brought into his life. He considers her something of a muse, and has spoiled her in the ways that a bird can be spoiled. As such, she tends to have a bratty, sarcastic manner to her. She likes to throw insults around and play tricks on other people. When someone becomes a frequent visitor, she might start using a nickname for them, and it may not be flattering. But when music starts to play, she becomes a different bird. If she knows a song, she will sway and sing along with the music (or mimic the music if it has no words). If she does not know it, she sways and sings little notes all the same.
Alex does not clip his birds’ wings, so they are kept in aviaries in his library while he is out. When he can be home and supervise them, though, they are allowed to roam a general area with him. He also has setups for them in his studio, so they can be with him on long art days.
Ritter: Male Doberman. Ritter is the third pet Alex gained. Although he has a “scary Doberman” appearance, and is also trained to be a loyal guard dog, he is very playful at heart. As long as a person is not deemed untrustworthy, he likes to get attention and play out of anyone. He seems to have an endless supply of energy, which can often manifest in doing zoom laps around the whole penthouse. His favorite game, though, is tug. He has a few good, heavy rope toys and he will usually pick one to shove into someone’s leg until they play.
Zimmer: Male Blue Indian Ringneck. Zimmer (yes, named after Hans Zimmer) is the youngest of the bunch, and was added in the last decade. He is playful and cheeky. He likes to sit on heads and sing his favorite songs. He will usually avoid being too close to Lorelei though, as she will push him around. He can often be found sitting on the dogs and preening their fur (especially Dieter’s). If he is perched on a person, he likes to “kiss” their cheek and say, “Hey beautiful” over and over. He does have a bad habit of collecting shiny objects though, so visitors are warned to hide them or make sure they are secure if he is coming out to see them.
Vehicles
Audi TT MK3 (Blue) : Alex may be a prolific user of public transportation, but when he wants to make an entrance, he will make an entrance, and this car makes that as simple as pulling up a driveway. His Audi is lovingly cared for and kept clean and shiny. It’s perfect for both fun dates and existential crises in need of speed.

About: Welcome, fellow humanoid! I am the mun behind this blog. You can see my name and basic facts on the side there. I've been writing this blog for 10 years now, and I guess I'm still sticking around for the time being. Unlike my muse, I'm pretty laid back and friendly. I'm always happy to have a conversation with anyone who'd like one. I like to read, draw, play games, stare into the abyss, you know, the usual. I just finished a second degree in animation and will be focusing on trying to achieve my dreams. Things may get rather busy between work and learning more animation skills. But since I just can't let this commie chick go, I'll still come by to rp when I can. I guess it's just my current drug of choice. Feel free to drop me a message anytime! :)
